We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Durrës! The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
A big thank you to Niku – communication was excellent, fast, and helpful. He was always available, kind, and ready to assist. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Very Good
Nice spacious and clean apartment (I almost took my shoes off when entering) on the 6th floor (elevator available, but there is a 2-3 step stair before that), with a large balcony, large living room with kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. Close to the beach (<100m), restaurants and small convenience stores.
The owner was very friendly, as was his (caretaker). Always willing to help and great communication.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we managed to get the vacation feeling and rest we needed.
The apartment is very noise sensitive. Not from neighbors, but from the streets. We got used to it, but if you require full silence, this is not your place. The bathroom looked bigger on the pictures, was a bit outdated, but was very clean (which is most important)..

n terms of price and quality, this accommodation was very good. We was there only one night, but we still enjoyed it a lot. 1 minute from the beach.

Check in was super-easy, we were met at the apartment at the time we arranged. Excellent communication throughout.
Apartment was great, we were only there for one night, but it's a good setup for a longer stay.
Literally yards from the beach.
Some basic supplies would have been nice. We were on a short stay, so hadn't planned for buying coffee, washing up liquid etc. Not the end of the world, and wouldn't stop me from staying here again.
