Location only.
Nothing else. It was very dirty, with a used cotton bud next to the bed. Internet - wifi didn’t work at all. Our room was at the 4th floor and we didn’t have wifi. Sheets and pillows didn’t have any clean scent.

Great breakfasts, rooms comfortable.
We had two rooms, one had no door to the shower, the other had no running water in the sink. Had to pay in cash - and withdrawing cash from an ATM in Albania is not cheap!

Stumbled upon this hotel by chance after having some problems with the hotel we had originally booked. It was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast in a cute outside space. A very nice experience overall.
There are a few things needing maintenance in the rooms, but nothing that can't be easily fixed. Didn't spoil our stay anyway.

The owner was really nice and sincere despite the issues we experienced, he changed our room to what we should have received on the first night.
We were given a crap room at the back of the hotel. The balcony overlooked rubbish and a dirty garden. Then, when I closed the curtains, the whole curtain rail fell down and almost hit my wife! The staff did come and fix the problem, and two cleaning ladies cleaned the floor and put fresh bedding on the bed.

Cheap hotel that does the job. Decent breakfast.
Was not cleaned for 2 days in a row. Ants in the bathroom. Power went out sporadically. Wifi connection was unstable.

There were cigarette burn holes in the furniture in the room. There is mold in the bathroom. I woke up in the morning with an allergy and my eyes were swollen.
