Location is nice. Basically on the boulevard. And 2 min walk from promenade. But nothing exceptional.
One night they booked some group in around midnight, and that was super loud. Doors has no sound isolation, also in my room I could hear everything that was going on in other rooms bathroom.

Lika welcomed us warmly. Her husband's grandfather used to live in this house. We enjoyed hearing about the family's story. Breakfast was great. The location is good. The room is comfortable and quiet. Everything about the hotel is inviting.

Situated in a side lane of the main street in central Durrës (Bulevardi Epidamn) the hotel's location is an ideal starting point for visiting the sights, cafés, pubs, and bars of Durrës, as well as the sea promenade with its restaurants, high palms, and resplendent viewpoints.
Nice looking, comfortable and cosy rooms are furnished in traditional style, the glazed and tiled bathroom is equipped with modern plumbing. Large parts of the space inside and outside the hotel are filled with green plants and flowers; they are the first ones to strike the eye when approaching this graceful hotel.
What makes the place unique is nevertheless the couple of owners, Mrs. Lica and Mr. Betim. They survey a smooth operation of the hotel and ensure the well-being, 'bonheur', of every guest by an unceasing care. They also assist with sightseeing and would offer advice and help on virtually any problem which might arise. -- After checking-in you soon realize that you have been adopted into the family.
At my future visits in Durrës I certainly will stay in this hotel again.
Have not found anything which could be improved.

Incredible detail oriented family run boutique hotel. Delicious and extremely thoughtful breakfast (most homemade) with excellent choice and quality. Super lovely staff and owners. Interesting history of the building and its family. Centrally located with easy walking distance to everything. The room wasn't fancy but spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and just what you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Definitely highly recommend.
The main road can be busy and very loud but the excellent sound proof windows easily shut out the noise when closed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to park right in front of the hotel because they reserve space on the street. Breakfast was quite the spread, with eggs and fruit and yogurt and meat.Though the street is lively til late, the room was quiet and a 5-minute walk from both the amphitheater and the Venetian Tower. And comfy beds!

First of all, when I was checking in the young guy at the reception was very welcoming, helpful and offered me a drink which was really kind and refreshing that I was traveling for 6 hrs.
The hotel was cozy and had everything I needed: it was clean, very central, all key attractions in a walking distance, good value. The room and bathroom were spacious, so it would be perfect for 2 persons.
The next day, the lady at reception (I guess owner) was also very friendly and helpful. She was very attentive if I had a nice breakfast there at the hotel. She also asked to take a picture of me being their client, which, of course, I agreed to.
The hotel is in 15-min walk from the bus station.

The most positive aspect I have to comment was the amazing and warm behaviour from our hosts since the moment we stepped inside the Hotel Nais until the moment we left: we were welcomed to the hotel by the owner herself, who presented us with a nice beverage and a slice of homemade cake, while telling us the history of the hotel; right away, a series of recommendations were made, namely good restaurants around the area (and even their personal favourites) and what to see in Durres.
The breakfast was surprisingly good, with once again the presence of the owners making sure everything was close to perfection. An available parking slot was also offered near the hotel during our stay.

The staff including the owner were all fantastic - welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the building. I really appreciated being able to check-in early. It is in a stellar location near the promenade, historical sites, and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice. The room had a nice view, it was clean, and the Wi-Fi was great. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Durres.

Great location close to the main street, free parking next to the hotel, nice and clean room.
The breakfast was exceptional, with a lot of home made ingredients presented by the owner.
We had a warm welcome late in the evening, and were offered coffee and home made apple pie :-)

Well located in the town. Quiet, clean and comfortable with an extensive breakfast. Best of all were the staff, particularly Lika who's communication concerning a taxi from the airport which she booked for us was exceptional and she worked very hard to make our stay as successful as possible, clearly taking great pride in her hotel and exceptional level of service.
