Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, particularly the two younger girls on the desk in the morning. The views to the front over the sea were lovely. Bed was comfy and made every day. Breakfast was okay. Shower had good pressure on it too
The fridge in the room was pretty noisy.

Delightful caring and attentive staff. Couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Great room with sea view. Good location. Small beach just over the road. Shops and great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Historic sites c20 mins away.

The room is spacious and cleaned every day. The staff is verry friendly and providing all answers and tips for exploring the city. Location is great, just a min from the beach promenade and nice bar lounges,and 20 min by walk from city center. The highest reccommendation.
Breakfast was delicious,but every day the same options.

I loved this accommodation. They were so easy and flexible to book with. A previous booking I'd made had cancelled on me at the last minute, and the Hotel Nais Beach was able to book me in for two nights on the same day. I arrived late at 1am due to a delayed flight, yet they were still open 24 hours to welcome me and check me in. The service was super friendly, particularly Brajan and the lovely girl working on the breakfast shift. The room was very cosy and spacious, and I loved the two balconies with excellent views towards the sea. I also appreciated having a fridge in my room, and the breakfast was copious and delicious. There was particularly excellent coffee! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The staff was nice, and waited for me to have breakfast. I didn't think I had breakfast arranged so the girl told me she's awaiting for me if I'd like to.
Breakfast was decent, but I wished they had more hot food options.
Pillows were comfortable.
Checkout at 12.
It was cold at night. Heater/AC would turn on, but it didn't give any heat; there was a thin blanket on the bed but no spare duvet in the closet. So was chilly .
The half curtains in the window obviously did not cover the window, so the room was lit up at night from the outside city lights. The wooden blinds don't work to be pulled down so they covered less than top half of windows.
Mold in the bathroom at the shower tray, so I didn't shower.
Outdated.
Advertised as beachfront, but is not. There is a street and then other properties which are indeed beachfront.
On our of balcony have a tiny view of the sea, but faces most of the street, where, 10m away there are 6 huge public use rubbish bins and they smell to the 4th floor.
Not soundproofed, you can hear all the traffic at 4th floor, even the music they play inside their cars.
No WiFi. Or at least nothing was mentioned that there is and to share the password.
I paid with a discount down to 29, but fair value is more like 10 max/night as a place to leave your luggage only, but not not to sleep.
Even though the place was very empty no consideration was given to upgrade the room.
