Everything about the hotel was exceptional! For me it's important to feel good at the place i'm staying , and the staff of the hotel made me feel at home. They were welcoming, lovely attentive and with efficient serving! Room itself was sensational! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Affordable price and excellent location in the heart of the city so you can easily explore the sorroundings and attractions !

If you want to enjoy a fully pleasent experience this hotel it's "must" . The staff is really warm and welcoming , always ready to help and communicate. The room creates the feeling of a peaceful oasis ,further more the interior design makes you feel like you are inside a real castle. For everyone that likes to enjoy the city nights and to get to know the history part of Durres, the location of the hotel is perfect and every sight is reachable.
Last but not least , you can stay calm about the higene and cleanness in every part of the hotel . I can't wait to return and enjoy the experience all over again

The employee who received us was really nice, helped us find an ATM to draw money with a credit card (Mastercard)...which is not so easy in this beautiful country! The room was large with a wonderful bathroom. Breakfast was simple but complete

The hotel is well located and the room was clean and looked the same as on the photos. The breakfast was good too. In the area, there are a lot of restaurants. The stuff in the hotel was helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We liked everything! The host have gone above and beyond for us! Very comfortable hotel right in the historic center.
