Very Poor
The apartment was clean and close enough to the beach.
The host was really bad at communicating. We didn't get the room we paid for or requested and the host ignored our concern with this. We paid for the luxury apartment and were given the standard. Told to just get on with it. Told them time we were arriving and had to wait an hour for them to meet us to handover the keys.

Really liked this one-bedroom place. It was very clean and comfretable, and for the price you pay, it’s a total bargain. The location is good and the host was very helpful. I deffinitely recommend it if you are looking for a nice budget stay!

Modern Apt with two bath rooms, it is luxury and comfortable.
Little noisy neighbor above the flat but very quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM.

I cannot praise EKA Luxury apartments and their team enough. I met with Gazi, the manager of the complex, who greeted me upon arrival. He was kind, welcoming, communicative and provided me with all the information on amenities and checking out. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, possessed a lovely view, contained cookware to create meals and was the perfect sanctuary for my stay in Durres. I truly hope whomever owns these buildings understands how fantastic their team is and appreciates their efforts. I cannot thank Gazi enough for making my trip to Durres a safe and secure one. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures. Everything was quality from the furniture to the kitchen ware. A wonderful and homey stay. It had a sea view over the buildings in front to watch the ships and the sunsets.
The owner was very available and helpful and there is a staff person on-site always ready to help. Location was really good and walkable to everything you could want or need. 2 supermarkets many restaurants shops and bars and just a couple minutes walk to the beach promenade.
It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Durres. Loved it.

The property manager Gazi was extremely helpful and always available via WhatsApp if I had a question or concern. The building manager Beqiri was such a nice person and attentive and I enjoyed having kaffe at the local bar on the corner. One of the most comfortable experiences I have had in Albania
A little bit of a hiccup in the beginning but Gazi took care of it immediately and made me feel like my concerns were very important.
