The property is in a great location! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough to be quiet. Rita and her family are wonderful hosts and keep the property very clean.

My stay at this apartment, though brief, was wonderful! The place was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. It’s in a convenient location, close to key spots. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Broken bed, poor kitchen, lukeworm water, even no Tea cap, no glases for drink, just wire and bulb hanging from the ceiling.

The beach is not far from the accommodation. On the main street, many shops, night life.
The air conditioning did not work. A pack of dogs live on a construction site next door and bark all night.

Host Mrs Rita was very good, professional, friendly and intercept to help and provide us what we need. Speek very well English. Her husband (I think Italian) was very friendly and helpful but language barrier is cut us from more talking. About rooms, very nice, comfortable, as from description and pictures in booking offer. Facility have also elevator! Its about 5 min walking to the nearest beach (clean water is on that east side) and 3 minutes from farmacy, fruit markrt, market, and restaurants. Perfect location.

Was not far away from the beach and had its own parking lot and was clean
It didn't had any tv, sofa was really old and bad condition and the bed was uncomfortable she asked us to pay for air conditioner and after we paid she asked us not to keep the whole day

Great place to stay at a reasonable price, free internet, air conditioning in the room, elevator in the building,private parking and most importantly very nice hosts who spoke English and Italian. See you next year for sure ?Beach is only 5 min walking

The sheets were clean, the host was easy to communicate with.
The parking was too small and caused some troubles, there were not enough kitchen utensils and the appartment was not very clean, chairs' fabric was worn out.

We were in this apartment with a small child. The child had dots all over his body, but they were not mosquitoes. When we got home, I looked for a doctor. Unfortunately, they were bed bugs. They are said to be in the mattresses. This apartment never again.

The host was interested.The location of the house is not bad due to its proximity to the sea. The beach and sea were wonderful. At first it seemed like the air conditioner was not cooling, but it came to its senses after 5 minutes. The sea was especially beautiful in the morning.
There is no TV. It is ridiculous to pay an additional fee (3 euros) for air conditioning in summer. The shower tray in the bathroom is half a square meter, so very small. There are no towels in the rooms. There is 1 toilet paper. Some plates and spoons were dirty.There wasn't even a garbage bag or dishcloth.

very nice personal. Landlady helped us many times and responded very quickly. Everything was clean and prepared for our stay. We enjoyed the week in Durres. Advice: feel free to ask landlady for help with ordering taxi from/to airport.

Location m the size of the apartment.
Therez no soap or proper facilities provided.
What was shocking was, this was the first apartment in all of my bookings in Albania who charged me 3 euro per day for AC.
The Geyser didn't function n the kitchen wasn't well equipped.

Friendly host...private parking, ground floor room. Clean bed, ok to sleep on. Clean floor, but dirty looking furniture. Aging socialist furnishings were acceptable. Kitchen was barely useable. Gas burners with no electronic ignition and nothing to light them with. Minimalist plates, pans, utinsels.
