Mostly appreciated the welcoming hosts, great location - 1 minute away from the beach and amazing value for the price we paid. Their restaurant is also really, really good, I think one of the best in the area.
I wish I had a better view from our balcony - the hotel is not directly on the beach.

The location, the elegance of the apartment, the owners are always there, ready andkid to serve you with anything you need...
and the restaurant was fabulous.
The company that washes the towels and sheets could do a better job...and the cleaning ladies only change the towels if you don't sit and tell them to use a mop to change a bed or put toilet paper...

The Apartment are nice decorated and are clean. Very good kitchen, food in the restaurant. The sandy beaches are in 2 min walk

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is modern, clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and professional, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and great amenities made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Shkodra is perfect place to stay near Durres. Close to the beach (2 min). Room is big, with separate bedroom. Rooms have air conditioning and balcony. Everything is clean and in good condition. Room has hair dryer, clothes dryer and everyday clean towels. Included breakfast is served, unfortunately almost the same everyday. For included dinner you can order from restaurant menu up to 800 leks per guest, above is paid. Prices are reasonable, a lot to choose, food is very good, perfect pizza. Staff is very kind, owner is on site everyday, is very helpful and funny. There is live music in the evenings.

We love the rooms, the location - you have like 3 minutes to go to the sea, the food was great (especially pizzas!!). Staff is nice and really helpful, they have live music singing in every language! I would surely recommend:)
Breakfast is the same every day, but you have many things on your plate so u wont be hungry for sure:)

The staff were all very professional, friendly and polite. The food was exceptional. The apartments are massive and clean with good aircon and balconies. It's right beside the beach we went everyday. There was live music in the evening which was brilliant. The hotel communicated very well with us as our flight got delayed and they waited until extremely late to meet us and hel0 us in to the room and everything. They message back very quickly.

It was such a wonderful place to stay! The owner- Ardian is a lovely guy. The whole staff was amazing. Food was great,rooms were very clean, it IS very close to the beach. I totally recommend.
The music was too loud sometimes.
