The beach was super close to the hotel and we had our beach chairs available and for free because they were included on the price. The beach was super clean. The room was spacious and had all the amenities necessary for the stay. The housekeeping team was super nice and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely come back and I am recommending it to my friends.
I would only suggest that maybe in the future you can add an iron and iron board (very much needed especially if you are on vacation) and also a phone in the rooms so the guest can easily reach the reception in case they need something.

Beachfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Reception and asian staff were great and very helpful. Room was comfortable with great balcony albeit a bit small for four people.
Waiters had a general funky attitude. Everything seemed to be inconvenient for some of them and most of our breakfast sounded like we were walking on eggshells. It was quite disappointing as last year service was great and we had few other meals at their restaurant (Abonora). But not this year. I guess boss type attitude is not a good look. I no longer live in Albania and l am used to some good standards but it looks like customer service is a luxury you won’t find in this hotel - at least not in the restaurant part of it. We compared other restaurants to this one and honestly we got great service at Kyma, Drymades Inn, Ulliri and Drymades Bungalow in terms of wait service. Management should step it up and try to tone down the bossy behavior of wait staff with customers. Perhaps they should also do something about the habit of smoking during meals. It is unconceivable to me that while l am eating, the table next to me to be smoking. It happened every breakfast.

Excellent location.
My stay was very disappointing. The room was so cramped that I couldn't even fully open the refrigerator or the wardrobe. Comfort clearly wasn’t a priority in the design. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff — unhelpful and borderline rude. The WiFi didn’t work at all, and when I asked the receptionist about it, I got no explanation or support. I wasn’t the only one — another guest was visibly upset and also complained about the lack of internet, but the staff showed no concern. Poor facilities, no service mindset, and nonexistent WiFi — this is not what I expect from a hotel. Definitely not coming back.

We stayed at Ionian a bit before the official season started, so we understand that not all services like breakfast or fully prepared rooms were available yet. That said, the location is absolutely unbeatable, and we always love coming back here. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot that never disappoints. Looking forward to returning again during the season!

Food was very good. I was surprised for the variety and cleaning, serving, staff. Building was new, modern and very lovely. All restaurants around were very good. Nice People too.
Beach was not with sand. Shore was deep. Not good for kids. You need beach shoes due to rocks.

Great location, beach front! Breakfast delicious! Good room,brand new! Toilet needs more attention about cleaning! A little bit dirt in some parts! Need bleach, specially because is new, need to keep in a great condition. Not great welcome and hospitality from the staff! Not very sympathy.
Staff was not very welcoming The hotel is another part of the abonora hotel, but we are not allowed to use swimming pool! It’s a little bit discriminating as both sharing the same amenities! They should include the use of the swimming pool even if this will cost a little bit more.
