Clean rooms,great location and amazing garden! Hosts (Luis and his family) are very welcoming and helpful and with their suggestions you will enjoy your time in Ksamil… Neighborhood is clean and quiet during the night! Beach,center and all other facilities are just a few steps away!

Position very good and safe to walk back in the evening. Supermarket very near, you can reach everything walking. Good and free parking within the garden. Room was little but very comfortable and clean. Very quiet during the night

The location was in a great place and the host Luis was very welcoming and friendly. He offered great advice and helped us with ordering a taxi on our last day to the port of Sarande.
Just a small FYI and something that maybe should have been communicated better is the fact that the credit/debit card you use to book on Booking.com is just a hold for the reservation and that you actually have to pay the FULL AMOUNT IN CASH. Please communicate this better with travelers ahead of their stay, as we had to pay ATM fees to get cash out!

Beautiful flower villa with friendly owners. We stayed in the top floor access by stairs. The room is compact good for two. Nice balcony mirror door for sunset and people watching. Great location near to amenities and beaches. Provided room cleaning service for longer stay and has an ironing board too.
The air condition wasn’t cool enough for the room especially when hit by the strong afternoon sun.

Really nice location and comfy room with amazing hosts. Luis and his family were very kind and helpful. They gave great recommendations for places to go and what to see. It was also nice to be able to rent a scooter! Parking is available right in front of the property.

It would have been great if the kichen had more pabs, pots, cutlery snd mugs. Some things were missing! Perhaps there could have been taken more care of the completeness, tidiness etc. in the appartement.

We loved the hosts. They were kind and courteous and helped us with any requests we needed. We wanted to have a late check out, and they were very accommodating. A big thank you to Luis! The room was very clean and they cleaned it on day four. For what we needed, it had it all!
Our room had a wet bathroom, but that wasn't a big issue for us. With the hot weather, everything dried up very quickly.

Beautiful place to stay in Ksmail very centrally located and a short walk to the beaches. The host is very nice man accommodated everything we needed and the family who lives there are so nice and welcoming.

Great location, close enough to everything we needed but far enough away way from the main road so noise was not an issue. Very stress free stay!
All great - at times the water did not get hot. This was not an issue for us as it was very hot and a cold shower was appreciated!

The property was really nice and the location was also good. Family living there was very friendly and easy to reach. Very close to the beach. For sure you gonna like the garden and the trees there. It is more beautiful than it is shown in the photo. This area is also safe and just next to city Market. Good people, good weather, good place and valu for money. Thank you.

The location and the distance to the beach was perfect.We were welcomed by the owners,who were welcoming and very kind people.The room was clean and very comfy.They even prepared a decoration for a birthday surprise.What will remain long in my memory is the garden,which was outstanding and exceptional.
