Our AC didn't work they switched rooms!
The rooms aren't soundproof! You could hear the other rooms engaging in some 'activity'.
We stayed at the second floor!
The window/door didn't close good! You could hear cars across the rood!

The staff were so lovely and helpful, Rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel was quite beds were very comfy . The spa was great they offered me a free facial and fruits at no extra cost .The breakfast was lovely too and really tasty and fresh . Was such a lovely experience my Favourite Hotel In Tirana . Will miss it !!!

The staff were polite and apologetic
The room smelt of smoke and it was noisy from the main road just outside. The spa facilities were all cold when we tried to use them. The food was average. There were stains in the bedroom on the sofa and the bed.

Highly recommended very clean, staff friendly service and happy, breakfast nicely served and last till 12am daily, the spa area, pool and massage is amazing the fruit juice all tasty, everything about the hotel is unique and exceptional.

The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They made extra beds for the kids before our arrival and even gave us the option to choose between two rooms without increasing the price. They provided two delightful fruit platters and also served an early breakfast especially for us, because we had to catch an early flight. Nothing seems like trouble to them. A truly outstanding service.
