Food was excellent and good variety
Rooms ..AC doesn't work well, when it rains water comes in the room, no wifi in rooms, no desk and chair for business customers. Room is outdated and smells musty. Tiles are cracked.

The food was good. However, the hotel needs major restoration. The rooms are dilapidated. There is no wifi in the rooms or intermittent wifi.

The staff were all wonderful! The beach was the star of the locationjust beautiful. I appreciated the variety of the meals, some were quite tasty.
I stayed in a king superior room that was far from the main areas and it was pretty much secluded. I did not see any other people in the area that I was in. I felt safe however anytime I needed to go to dinner, to the main desk, the bars, I had to call for a ride that would sometimes take between 15-30 minutes to arrive.

Breakfast was always good. Lunch and Dinner at the Palms Restaurant was average in choice and quality. The Pizza Factory A la Carte was very good although a repetitive menu. Staff were always helpful and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The weather, the beach and the sea were perfect. Its the main reason we choose this resort.
Being woken by the cement mixer being used to refurbish the main pool at 6:30 in the morning. Constant noise and fumes from the digger machine moving beach umbrellas and palm trees along the beach. Bathroom door kept coming off its runners, English 3 pin plug sockets was shorting out. Reported to Reception. Air Conditioning extremely noisy, like Concorde taking off. Unable to control fan speed.

Great beachfront location, plenty of beach chairs
Main pool with swim up bar under renovation , so only small side pool available to use. Lack of staff during check in / and check out times , took almost an hour to get checked out with my cab driver waiting for me.. if you have a checkout time for 11 you should have more staff ready to get a line of guests checked out at that time , friendly staff but UNDER staffed for this purpose

- Lack of accessibility to wifi. - rooms are small - 1 bar of soap given - room is a bit outdated - not many activities in hotel - wine from a box. - sodas are a bit watered down.

Location to Jolly Harbour was good for our yacht charter the following day.
Expensive. Very small rooms. Dead flowers in the bathroom. Bathroom door fell off sliders. Furniture in poor condition. No wifi in rooms. Glad we were only staying one night!

The food was very good
I did not have any 240VAC sockets in my room that worked, I moved rooms, they did not work either. Eventually I got moved to a room where they did work at this was 8.00PM the night before I was departing at 8.00 AM the next day. I could not charge my PC or mobile phone or tooth brush until the night before departure. The room was really tatty and the TV was not watchable / did not work as the signal was really bad. Therefore multiple wiring issues from 240VAC sockets to TV Ariel cable quality.

the buffet was a good selection and food was hot and kept fresh. for us the resort was a place to stay for a couple of days between other stops. For the price it was what we expected and served the purpose.
Rooms were not cleaned daily and this was not explained at check in, so I'm not sure if that was normal or an oversight. The main restaurant was only available to guests every other night, which was also not explained at check-in and was a bit disappointing. Also, there was basically no wi-fi. Even in the lobby area it was very slow and basically non-existent in the rooms.

Food was good, facilities very tired and needing upgrade. Staff were all excellent. Rooms small and tired, shower very weak etc. Will hope for a better room when we go back next week. Pool closed and under going refurbishment but sea and beach superb.

The womens bathroom by the main lobby was so disgusting. Just old and smelled really bad. It was clean- just in really bad shape.

There are not many options for all inclusives in the area even less for 340 us a night. It is more expensive than Mexico or Dominican Republic but still cheaper than most hotels in the lesser Antilles. The beach is excellent.
It is true that it is a little bit old and internet doesn't work well but it is not so bad. The food is mainly hamburgers, chicken, pizza, fish and sometimes pork cooked in different ways, it is not bad maybe it needs more variety.
