NOTHING
TOWELS NEEDS MOORE BLEACHING, ROOM NEEDS MICROWAVE AND A PROPER REFRIGERATOR, BREAKFAST SHOULD BE BUFFET STYLE INSTEAD OF HAVING YOU TO FILL OUT A BREAKFAST REQUEST FORM AND SUBMIT IT THE NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST EVERY NIGHT. THIS THIS IS VERY STRESSFUL WHEN YOU WANT TO RELAX ON VACATION

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. He arranged for me to get something to eat. He ordered it and brought it to my room.
I was told the kitchen would be available upon my arrival, but that was not the case. My flight didn't arrive until after 6 in the evening. Being an elderly person, I was not going in search of food in an unfamiliar area after 7 o'clock. Some sort of arrangement needs to be made to accommodate late arrivals, or state on your website the closing hours of your restaurant so customers can make other arrangements.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.
At night through the early hours, the car noise was unbelievable. Overall, the hotel needs some attention. The unused units facing the water are a total waste.

While I was not expecting a 5* there are some basic things that can be improved. Check for egg shells in scrambled eggs. The surprise crunch was not pleasant. Ensure smoke alarms have in new batteries. The constant beeping throughout the night ruined sleep.Some TV channels unwatchable due to interference.

Good location. About 1min walking from the boardwalk.
1. The Antiguans were very unfriendly. The hotel staff were no different. 2. The hotel is poorly signed. We drove around a few times before we found it, despite google maps. 3. There was a chain across the entrance of the hotel, to prevent anyone from parking in the managers spot. So you’d have to hop over this chain to get in and out of the hotel (front of the hotel now is different to the picture on their profile). 4. There were 2 plugs in our room of 2 beds. One was next to the bed and the other was under a table which was difficult to reach. 5. Room was prepared for 2 people, not 3 guests. They took incredibly long to bring the third linen and towels. We missed our dinner reservation because of it. 6. Breakfast restaurant was run down. Staff was slow. Food was average to below average - eggs, toast, sausage.
