The staff are awesome, especially Mr Prince, he did everything to make our stay very accommodating, he picked us up from the airport, he's in time, also he gave us a lot of options regarding tours, you can use his taxi services or take a bus at the west bus station if you are on budget, the guesthouse is right in st John's, no taxi needed to go anywhere in st John's. Our stay was beautiful.

the bed that's it.
I was very much surprised when I walked into the room and saw the face basin and the toilet is inside of the shower itself. So when I am showering the toilet is getting wet on my side and the face basin is right in front of me where I am standing under the shower. I have been traveling for work for the past 17 years and have never come across something like this. I must say, the comfort of the bed was very good. I had a small kitchenette in my room. Also, I was not expecting to have workers painting and doing renovation right outside of my room so much so that when I walked out of my room the scent of the paint hit me right in the face. My advise is that if you are doing renovations to your place, hold of on all bookings until you are done because everyone might not be able to take the scent of that cemical. If someone is living on the island they can book a room there but not if you pay for a flight to travel.

It was definitely in a good spot. Lots of stuff around and easy to get to the airport. Definitely a good value for the island.
Neighborhood is a little loud. Was fine for a one night layover, but wouldn't want to stay longer.

The location
The staff owner was unpleasant and requesting information that was not required. We booked a room for 3 with a child as the specific reason the place was booked because it said children will be free. When we came he acted surprised like he didnt know we booked a child.
Breakfast was also to be included as per our booking confirmation.. He advised that breakfast was only included for one person and we booked for 3.
I am not satisfied with our stay and we would like a refund for providing/advertising false information regarding the stay.

The property was nicely decorated. Good air conditioning for the really hot days.
Not much too not like. Just a lot of mosquitos and they came in regardless of whether the door was open or not.

Tiny bathroom doubled as the shower stall! Couldn't deal well with the triple sets of locks and keys,(but that was mostly my fault. Couldn't find owner or promised furnished breakfast
