Nice place with friendly management and staff and at a convenient and quite location.
I would recommend to improve the lighting of the appartment, which was quite poor for reading or working.

The property has spacious, clean and comfortable beds and a nice terrace to sit and overlook the distant port of St Johns. staff and owner are friendly and helpful.
Due to the terrain and poor roads, the property is not as accessible to the town as it appears on the map, so a car is essential. This was something the owner can arrange at a competitive rate.

Did not / could not stay. Arrived and the premises was all locked up. No staff on site to make enquires or allow us access to our rooms. our family ended up having to sleep in our two hire cars. Not a great start to our holiday.

The friendly staff and not too far from anything. The owner was very helpful and assisted with coordinating taxis for me. Good wifi and hot shower.
Breakfast started until 8:30am which is late for the business person.

The Manger and staff went all out to ensure my stay was an enjoyable one; as a first-time visitor to the island this really helped. The breakfast was good. The place felt really secure and gives you a home away from home feeling. Arrangements were made to ensure that I got to my meeting which was a distance away.
I am not sure what happened when I did the online booking, I thought I was given a suite because those were the only ones available, so I ended staying in a space large enough for 4 people I believe. But the peace and quiet that came with that was probably a blessing in disguise. I was there for a workshop and being at the top level really helped after the long stressful days, you could come out on the balcony and just enjoy the peace and tranquility as well as enjoy the early morning air from there.

The view was incredible! The manager was kind and helpful, and even put a wifi router in our room to make sure we got a good signal. The location was a good halfway point so that we could walk into St John's, but didn't have to fight a lot of traffic when we drove from the airport.
None of the beaches were in walking distance (although we knew that going in).

The lady who worked there was really helpful and great with our kids but the owner seemed uninterested unless it was about money.
When we arrived the advertised cost that was supposed to be guaranteed was changed by the owner and made higher. There was no point in arguing as we were tired and just needed to eat before sleeping and flying to our destination the following morning. I thought the quoted price should have been honoured.

Quiet well run modern facility in a nice quiet middle-class neighborhood On the top of the hill a beautiful view. Its a short cab ride from downtown.
Very affordable for the single traveler.
