We stayed at Sheraton to be close to Tahnoun hospital the next morning for early appointment

Location of the property , connected with the mall
Service was very bad , no valet before 10am , no baggage handler, we have to take the bags to the room ourself

My "go to" hotel for Al Ain. Underground parking. Mall nearby. Rooms are big and AC is cold.

We got a late check out which was great
The check in process was lengthy, the rooms were not correctly set in the system although it was clearly indicated in advance incl the check in time.

Vale parking and checking in Sudanis Guy was kind and knows his work
I just came to sleep
When I reach the room no tissue in the room I called for almost 20 minutes all the number no answer
The the ironing machine had electrical shock i called for almost 4 time and waited long to they provide anther one
Rate comparing was quiet high for Monday checkout
Excluded breakfast then if you need you have to pay additional 85 AED PER PERSON
