The location is close to everything. The staff are all friendly, helpful and tried hard to make our stay perfect. Stayed for 7 nights and every morning I entered the breakfast venue they always welcomed us nicely and remembered our drinks without requesting it. Especially Beth always wore a wide beautiful smile.
Nothing really just the mall connected didn’t have much stores open yet. Otherwise all was good. Would visit again once I fly to Al Ain

Love the view in my room. Place is very clean and comfortable. Unlike the other similar places i stayed this one has got a better entertainment facilities with working flat screen with Netflix and all.

Prime location and direct access to Hili Mall. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Basic amenities such as dental and shaving kits, slippers and bath robes were not available and had to be requested. Breakfast was Ok but lacked variety.
