Wonderful
Place is modern, bed is comfortable, place is easy to find. The area is in a modern location in Al Ain and so cool to walk around. The staff are all very kind and accommodating.
The TV keeps on loading whether it is accessing YouTube or the channels.

It is noisy, make sure to ask the receptionist for a room away from rooftop, the music is so load. Trust me you won’t be able to sleep. I asked for room change, first they told me the hotel is fully booked then they said we will ask the bar to turn the volume down, I insisted on room change and finally I got it. Also you hardly get an answer from the reception, so funny!!! I had to call the emergency to ask they to tell the receptionist to answer me!!!!The laundry service is very very slow, we get it after we checked out, we had to go around the city and come back to the hotel. The hotel vibe is not relaxing at all, you have this beat music even at the lounge. Not recommended.

The bathroom and sink locations are strange. The sink is outside the bathroom. TV channel have a bit of lagging it freezes. The list of channels does not match the actual channel playing on screen (not all but few observations)
