The view around the hotel was beautiful, especially from the rooftop.
The toilet was a bit uncomfortable, and there was a strange sound that seemed like something might be broken. The room was also not well soundproofed, as I could clearly hear other guests speaking outside.
The handwash sink was quite small compared to my experience at other hotels. Additionally, the front desk service was slow when answering calls. I had to call multiple times and wait around 5–10 minutes just to speak with someone at the front desk using the room landline.

The staff was amazing, especially Mahmoud, who was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was excellent and very attentive.
The only downside for us was that the rooms were a little bit small.

Disappointing
The property was good and so was the facilities.
Even tho I had to shorten my stay due to personal reasons and checking out of the hotel. The staff informed me that I had to adjust the dates through booking. Every time I have done that it was rejected. Hence it counted the entire stay and there will be no refund on the days I did not stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making every interaction pleasant.
While the food was satisfactory, the breakfast and dinner menus remained unchanged throughout our five-night stay. Introducing more variety would greatly enhance the dining experience.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.. The staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. Service by Phew and chef Nehel was amazing and always with a smile

What I liked:
* I liked the hotel’s location and the availability of many services nearby.
* The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
* The rooms were well-equipped with the necessary amenities.
* There is a supermarket conveniently located next to the hotel.
What I didn’t like:
* The hallways had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, especially around and inside the elevators.
* There are only two elevators, which often results in long waiting times.
* The room furniture is outdated, and the colors do not match well.
* The curtains and the writing/designs on them look outdated and do not suit a modern hotel.
* The bathroom doors do not have locks, which affects privacy.
* Our rooms were located extremely far apart. One room was at the beginning of the hallway, while the other was at the very end, with around 20 rooms between them. This was particularly inconvenient since we were traveling as a family. Families booking multiple rooms should be accommodated in rooms that are close to each other.
