From the very first day gave us room very dirty not cleaned, inside the bathroom bad smell cigarette ash , when we informed the employees they just replied ok we will change so simply . When they changed the room sometimes the door will not open again I have to walk to resciption and inform like that I have walked 5times ,and suddenly their was sound in side the bathroom when I checked the from celling their was water leakage , toilet are leaking towels are not kept need to request ,room service need to remind for water bottle that allocated ,,,in my traveling journey I never seen such horrible And not worthy for the amount I paid
