Treatment very bad , not respective
Hi I didn’t recognize that the payment is delayed in facility. I did this booking for my driver . I booked one night in Almasa hotel on 3rd . Then I recognized that I should book 2 nights. I couldn’t modify the booking, so I added extra night in Almasa plus. They called me at 8 pm asking about the booking, I gave the confirmation number, they said all confirmed no payment issues.at 1 am they discovered that the payment of 4th is not complete. Hotel called at 1:30 am while I am sleeping, that’s non sense. They couldn’t wait till morning and I will complete the missing payment by mistake. I will not steal the money. The renewed my sleep. I couldn’t go back to sleep. My driver payed the 200 AED at 2 am . They could recognize this at early evening rather then calling me at 1 am , this is so bad.

The location and free parking
My family and I didn’t feel the hospitality and welcoming approach, the security at the hotel entrance was just sitting without showing any interest while guests passing by him, the receptionist looked like lack of hotel industry experience, she didn’t fair enough entertain our request and demand regarding the rooms options, the rooms were smelly, old furniture, the TV was not working and the rooms doors were hard to open or close.

The receptionist, the morroco lady, was good and respectful
No iron in the room, and when I asked to bring one, they told me they will check and after that they didn't get back they did that twice. And they didn't clean well the living room also the items like paper cups and towels limited

The location was excellent and very convenient
The staff were not welcoming and seemed unprofessional, with an unfriendly attitude as if guests were an inconvenience. There were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival, and I had to request them twice before receiving them. I also requested room cleaning on the second day, but no one came until I checked out

I went with low expectations due to the low ratings on booking and Google, just with the intention that it’ll be a place to sleep in at night . But it was amazing much more than I expected. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood (all of Al Ain is quiet) the reception looks very luxurious, checking in was very easy and fast by Mr. Mustafa. I asked him that I needed a room to be quiet and comfortable as I had an exam in the UAE university. The room was luxurious, renewed . Very spacious almost like an apartment not just a room . Everything was sparkly clean. The hallways are always smelling good due to continuous diffusers hanging from the walls. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. I think this is the best hotel I had stayed in the UAE, (I have stayed in Conrad before but was like 12x the price) . I felt very spoiled and comfortable. And I think this is the lowest rate for a hotel in all of the UAE. Everything was perfect.

The location is great. It has multiple shops nearby.
The room wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t perfectly clean. The bathroom sealing was leaking on the second day. However, the AC is very good and whenever you call the receptionist they respond and give you what you ask for.

Nothing, totally bad , it is cheating while presenting nice pictures but the reality disappointing.
Not clean , no towels, beds are uncomfortable and not clean it is not recommended at all .
