Nothing stood out. Not the property, not the location, not the customer service, not the food
The check in annoyed me- told me I had a premier category room which I asked to downgrade, said not possible. I asked for my Marriott bonvoy number to be added, said not possible. I asked if free transport to the mall at least, no not possible. Annoying to switch towers for other facilities. Pool extremely small. Should provide shade considering roof top and uae temperatures.

Such a beautiful hotel!✨ The lobby is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our stay worthwhile was the AMAZING staff??❤️ A big thank you to Bitto and their manager, Amin, from Reception, for accommodating our requests and making sure we had such a wonderful stay.

The room is great, spacious and equipped with Modern Facilities. The only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the Lobby area. Also, for deliveries, there’s a designated area where riders can drop off orders, which has its pros and cons. It’s great for security and convenience, although it can be a little less convenient when you need to pick up your delivery.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed the room and our stay!

This was another enjoyable stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island. The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere, beautiful design, and a unique location overlooking Yas Marina Circuit. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful. I also appreciated how convenient the location was for exploring Yas Island. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was comfortable with fantastic views, and the location was perfect for visiting Yas Island attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything felt well maintained. I would happily stay here again.
There wasn’t anything major that affected my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be nice to have a few more healthy breakfast options. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Yas Island attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I really enjoyed my stay
