The property as structure and room size
The room furniture is out dated. We booked 4 rooms, non of the rooms had tea or coffee making facility. The check-in process taking longer than average.

The breakfast has multiple options. The room was bigger than I had envisioned plus well arranged. It's also a family friendly hotel.
There was a free round-trip Yas Express bus from the hotel to the Yas island parks.
Not that it affected much but the swimming area in there beach is small. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I took the bags by myself to my room in check-in and took them down by myself when checkout Im calling the reception no one is answering and when I go down I see them laughing leaving the phone ringing

I like the whole ambiance of the hotel.
No supply of tissue in the room but only in the comfoet room. Lack of supply of toothpaste, tooth brush....

Check in was quick and easy. Nicole and Nancy is the Front Desk are on point. Room is clean and tidy. Good selection for breakfast. Beach is perfect and not crowded.

The bed was very big and comfortable, the bedroom was also super big, very clean everything as well. The staff was very polite and helpful. They allowed late check out and after check out we were able to use the beach which was nice and comfortable, nice chairs and they gave us a cooling box with cold water inside. Good valet parking service and ok breakfast. The price we paid for the hotel was very good as well.
The hotel per se is quite old, you can notice since you enter the lobby, they have furnature with quite bright colors, and inside the bedrooms, the tables, chairs, etc look old as well, in good conditions but old. Also the bedrooms are pretty dark, the bedroom is huge but the windows super small so not a lot of natural light. The breakfast was just ok.
