The service was excellent and on point all the time ! The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were exceptional
The kids play area is small and not entertaining. Also the hours of opening and closing don’t suit small children’s schedule . For the reputation of the hotel and for the price people pay , we expected a better and more entertaining kids play area .

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as expected.
Staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Service was efficient and consistent.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice. I would definitely stay here again.

We went for a birthday and the staff where among the best part of the trip as they made the birthday extremely memorable for us.
One improvement could be the minor wait for breakfast as we were very hungry

The service is impeccable. The facilities are first-rate: magnificent pools, top-tier breakfast, expertly managed beach. Taxis giver Scott the place; you can get an Uber in two minutes to any of the nearby museums. Highest recommendation.
