Best hospitality and exceptional service by Gamze, Zubair, Ranjita, Yoon and all the staff at the hotel. Food was excellent at Sontaya and Sophia. We will definitely visit again soon.

Everything was perfect! The beach was clean and well maintained, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr. Marco from Indonesia at breakfast for his exceptional hospitality and kindness.

staff were great, everyone was really dedicated and courteous.
the property was ok but needs better maintenance .
the bathroom lighting was complicated but was shown to us how it works , still very complicated.
USB charging outlets should be provided in the rooms.
beds were too soft , not sure if that s the way they were intended to be or the matresses are old ?
the distance to the beach was a lot for this time of the year, but we will come back in winter and hopefully it would be easier to go to the beach.please provide a foot washing facility and renovate the beach showers and make them better and cleaner.

The perfect hotel for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any meaningful occasion. In fact, it has a way of turning any day into something special.
The butler service was outstanding. Every request was handled with care and attention, and the team consistently went above and beyond what I expected.
And the beach? Absolutely breathtaking. The color of the sea is unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere in the Middle East — truly spectacular.

I had wonderful stay and would like to recognise the outstanding hospitality of the team.
The welcome team are amazing , Haidy ( the front desk specialist ) who checked me in made my arrival truly special with warm and professional check-in with complimentary drinks voucher and late check out , which was a lovely touch that made me feel welcomed. I would like to thank Kundan at Sophia restaurant who made my dinner experience memorable by surprising me with small cake and note(welcome back to Sophia). Very kind gesture and genuine . Not to forget the amazing meal by the Chef who came to our table to have the feedback . Love to mention Mirah the butler lady who memorized my name and was very helpful and friendly. To sum up , my experience was warm,genuine and I would love to thank the entire team for making the stay enjoyable.
