Stayed at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi and overall it’s a solid 9/10 experience.
The positives first: the room was clean, spacious, with beautiful views and a massive bathroom that truly felt luxurious. The service and overall atmosphere delivered the premium experience expected from the St. Regis brand.
The only area that felt slightly below expectations was the pool experience. For a luxury property carrying the St. Regis name, the pool area felt somewhat underwhelming. In addition, the alcohol selection on the menu could be elevated further to better match the luxury positioning and standards associated with the brand.

The room was so nice and clean with nice view

I have arrived the hotel by 12:30 for an early chick in as bride family ، there was no valet parking and the staff asked me to park my car in the hotel basement parkings
there was long queue waiting to check in and only one person at the front desk to serve the guests
i got my room by 1:40 and my sister got her room by 4:30
after the wedding finished the staff asked the wedding guest to go to basement parkings to take the car as there is no valet service after midnight

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The property is truly beautiful, very luxurious, and perfectly located. The room itself was very comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning, making the experience even more special.
What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. I would especially like to thank Anju from the spa, as well as Kumar and Erwin from the management team, for their efforts in making our stay a pleasant one.
The spa experience was very relaxing, and the breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good variety and a pleasant start to the day.
Overall, a beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable stay with exceptional staff, Highly recommended..
I do have some feedback regarding the valet service. There seems to be inconsistency in the information provided around timing and procedures, which can be confusing and does not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. This is an area that could benefit from improvement.

EVERYTHING. It was a dream stay, from the beautiful room, to the extremely perfect sheets and the amazing food and top notch service. We are already thinking of the next time we get to be at the St Regis Abu Dhabi. The staff was so helpful and friendly all the time, it felt like home!
Special thanks to the concierge and our Butler Navoda for being so kind and on top of everything always. Still craving the fantastic food with the perfect quality all the time!!
The eye for detail was unmatched, I was even left a bookmark in my night table because the staff realized I was reading a book without one. I will never forget my time here, and will for sure come back!
