I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton, and especially to Erica, who made our stay truly exceptional.
This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. In fact, after staying at Emirates Palace, we never expected that another hotel could impress us even more. But The Ritz-Carlton managed to do exactly that.
From the moment we walked through the doors, we were amazed by the way the staff treated their guests. The communication, warmth, attention, and genuine care were simply outstanding. We immediately felt at home, as if we were being welcomed by people who genuinely cared about us and wanted us to have a wonderful stay.
I would especially like to mention Erica.
She is an absolutely wonderful person and a true example of exceptional hospitality.
Thank you, Erica, for all the care, attention, and support you gave us.
After our experience with Emirates Palace, where we had a very disappointing situation with a forgotten item, Erica went above and beyond to help us. She personally arranged for the lost item to be returned to us, completely free of charge. This was especially meaningful to us because Emirates Palace had asked us to pay AED 250 for the same kind of delivery.
We truly appreciated this gesture. It was not about the money, it was about the attitude, the willingness to help, and making the guest feel that their problem matters. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be about.
Overall, The Ritz-Carlton completely exceeded our expectations. The facilities are beautiful, but what truly makes this hotel special is its people. The level of hospitality, personal attention, and genuine care we experienced was exceptional.
A very special thank you to Erica and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely remember this experience and would be very happy to return.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was beautifully organized, the service was excellent, and the hospitality was wonderful. All of this made our stay very enjoyable and made us truly happy.
