I went to my dream hotel finally !
We had an excellent stay! The service was outstanding, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room and facilities were spacious, relaxing, and very well maintained.
The food was also delicious, and we were happy to receive 20% off the dinner buffet.
One of the things I really appreciated was the complimentary ice-cold water provided outside while we were relaxing by the pool. They also offer complimentary sunscreen, with SPF options from 15 to 50. This is actually the only resort I’ve seen that provides this thoughtful amenity for guests.
The hallways and lobby areas were elegant and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax while waiting for check-in.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the scale, architecture, and overall setup of this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. What stood out most was their willingness to help with the little things, such as providing water or even sunblock when needed. I have stayed at many similar properties, and these small gestures really make you feel special.
The room was also very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child, with a comfortable bed and a lovely beach/pool view.
Despite the large selection at the breakfast buffet, I didn't particularly enjoy the taste of the food. This is admittedly in comparison with other similar properties I have stayed at in Asia, but I felt the food didn't quite match the standard I would expect at this price point.
Also, the bathroom doors cannot be locked, which can be awkward when travelling with children.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
What impressed me the most was how responsive and helpful the staff were especially Ms selvia , especially with unexpected requests. It was my son’s birthday, and even though we hadn’t planned anything in advance, they were very supportive and helped with a few lovely little touches that made him feel so special and brought a big smile to his face.
I truly appreciate their kindness, attention, and warm hospitality. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more

Well designed Property, it has has everything pool, beach, spa kids activities and around 8 restaurants all connected through a giant buildings made us easy to walk even during summers. Their Breakfast was by far the best we ever had.

This was our second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and once again it exceeded all expectations. What makes this hotel truly special isn’t just the beautiful property it’s the incredible people who work here.
It meant so much that the team remembered me and my daughter from our visit last year. They welcomed us back like family and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.
A huge thank you to Selvia, Mary, Sajid, Ashok, and Tom for your kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. Every interaction was genuine, and you all went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
My daughter was also so happy with the thoughtful little gift she received—it was such a sweet gesture and made her trip even more special.

We had a great stay at The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Sylvia at reception. She gave us such a warm welcome, made sure we had the best possible arrangements and even organized takeaway breakfast boxes for us because we were checking out before breakfast started. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
We’d also like to thank Jerry Villamor at the Asian soup station during the dinner buffet. He was always smiling, friendly and attentive, and his positive attitude made dinner even more enjoyable.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
