The View, Location, the pool and gondola ride ( Im not sure if I remember the name right “Rami” took good pictures of us in the gondola ride and it was fun), the welcome host, check in staff were amazing.
The room was spacious and the view is great but we had some bug/insect bites from the bed the morning we woke up.

Location
Very disrespectful team specifically the reception department including their manager on duty… One of their team members dropped the call while I was still talking to her because she didn’t like that I’m asking for late check out and while asking to transfer the call to the manager she dropped the call giving an excuse that she wanted to speak to the manager?. If you are looking for a place to relax this won’t be your option.

The highlights of our stay were undoubtedly the exceptionally friendly staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The food and buffet selection were consistently good, cleanliness was well-maintained, and the beach area was lovely. Additionally, the boat trip was a fantastic and memorable experience.
Our experience was hindered by poor room assignment and technical inconveniences. We were placed in the most remote section of the hotel (while the hotel was almost empty), far from all primary facilities, which was compounded by the closure of the closest beach. Furthermore, persistent issues with the keycard access required multiple trips back to the front desk for replacements.

The check-in was at 2 PM. I arrived at 2:10. I checked in I finished. I gave them all documents they need it and they told me I have to wait an extra 10 minutes to get ready. I didn’t like that because I already came at 2 PM at checkout time not even before that and they didn’t even finish the room and they had me waiting, and they even forgot my luggage in the car. They didn’t even bring it out and the room was very hot. The AC wasn’t working well and the guy told me that the guy for the AC would take so long to to come. me and my family wish to come every weekend to the hotel back when it was new and we loved it so much so I booked this weekend to memories of how good it was, but I was very disappointed on how it worked out.

As always, we had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi. The staff are incredibly dedicated and attentive, making every moment feel special. We were delighted with a lovely room upgrade and a thoughtful cake surprise for our anniversary.
Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The team at Shang Palace were especially attentive, and the food was delicious. At Bord Eau, we enjoyed a truly beautiful culinary experience, the manager and his team were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, and the food was outstanding.
A consistently wonderful experience, we look forward to coming back again.

A lovely spacious room with the most comfortable bed and pillows just as I like them. A scrumptious breakfast that lived up to expectations! Friendly staff. Perfectly located room that allowed us to walk out and enjoy the pool and beach. We will be back.
