Waterfront access, modern rooms, luxurious environment. Staff all over the property were very helpful and supportive. Particularly impressed by the Philippino female server during our breakfast who was super efficient. In fact the second morning when I walked over to her counter to place an order for a coffee she immediately remembered by room number which was amazing and thoughtful.
Distance from the city, and tolls to get in and out of the location. The property could do with a shaded or a basement car park as its extremely uncomfortable driving in a steaming hot car during peak summers. Limited F & B options.

I was very impressed with the staff at the reception desk. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
The cigarette/cigar/e-cigarette smoke was too much. There should be special locations for smokers only away from the restaurant and the beach. It's really frustrating to try to eat when someone is smoking at the table next to you. For some reason I was expecting a resort with lazy rivers, etc. Turned out there are none.

The room, staff, property everything was excellent. Breakfast was divine. Their bakery is to die for. We went for a staycation with family and had the best time.
We had requested for a baby crib which never arrived. But honestly the bed was so big and spacious, we let the baby sleep with us and even then there was a lot of space. Didn't feel like asking for the crib.

The View, Location, the pool and gondola ride ( Im not sure if I remember the name right “Rami” took good pictures of us in the gondola ride and it was fun), the welcome host, check in staff were amazing.
The room was spacious and the view is great but we had some bug/insect bites from the bed the morning we woke up.

Location
Very disrespectful team specifically the reception department including their manager on duty… One of their team members dropped the call while I was still talking to her because she didn’t like that I’m asking for late check out and while asking to transfer the call to the manager she dropped the call giving an excuse that she wanted to speak to the manager?. If you are looking for a place to relax this won’t be your option.
