The hospitality was exceptional by all staff from front desk to cleaning staff.
Food was fresh everyday with ample variety for vegetarians, including my usual chia seeds pudding, overnight oats, fresh fruit falafel, hummus (variety), quinoa , roasted veg, South Indian food and my favorite dokra for breakfast.
Excellent Italian on site. Took me back to Italy it was so authentic!!!
Limited vegetarian restaurant options in other restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, facilities, it's clean and the staff are very professional.
Room number 1111 is super tiny, with almost no windows and no natural light and the shower water came out of the shower and filled the whole toilet floor!!

Not a 5 stars hotel. We booked a triple room and when we arrived the room was not ready yet. They tried to add a cot (very uncomfortable) to a very small double room and we complained. Finally we received a bigger room but instead of having space for 3 people only a king size bed was present and also in this case the cot was added. I slept 3 night in the cot and it was really not comfortable!
The room was old and the ceiling not well painted..

I really enjoyed everything. Excellent staff, excellent location, good restaurants.
There is one thing that bothered me and that was the unpleasant smell that prevailed in the room. Although you get used to the smell, it is not appropriate in a hotel that rates itself as 5 stars. Dear, if I were staying for more than 3 days, I would have asked to change the room. At the end of my stay at the hotel, I informed the hotel staff about this. Other than that, it was fun and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Make sure and ask the hotel staff who cleans the rooms to pay attention to this.

Its central location made it extremely convenient to get around and explore the city. I was kindly upgraded to a suite, which added a real sense of comfort and space to the experience. The mattress was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and well designed. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay that I would happily recommend.
The room is in clear need of a proper refurbishment, as it looks very old and poorly equipped compared to what would be expected at this level. The sofa does not convert into a bed as implied, which was inconvenient and misleading. In addition, the paintwork is worn and outdated, giving the room a neglected feel. Overall, the condition of the room significantly detracted from the experience.
