Besides the beach. Room is big.
Noisy I could not sleep whole night you can hear people walking out and doors slamming. Staff didn’t respond to our request of additional extra bed for 2 days and we already paid it. They also requested us to check out at 11 as they can’t handle the rush hour at 12. No parking same food in the buffet for 2 days.

Nice hotel - great staff
Burhan at concierge / sajith life guard at the pool and Chanaka at the restaurant were all excellent and very friendly.
Food in the restaurant was excellent and good selection.
Atmosphere even at nights was awesome
Check in time was 3 PM we got our rooms ( 4 rooms ) at 6 PM, understandable it was due to the Eid holiday rush but , this has to be managed better
Layout of the Bathroom has to change. Getting into the shower area js extremely high and difficult . Elderly and anyone with knee issues or young children will find it extremely hard to get in and out of the shower in the bathroom

Checkin took around 1 hour 15 mins , next day our room not make up and when we call the service around 6:30 pm the staff said u didnt ask to !! Shall i ask to clean up my room or this is default service in any hotel

We did half-board package and both dinner and breakfast were good. Pool was nicely temperature controlled as well.
Check-in process was quite stressful. If you are planning to come during peak season, anticipate long wait times to get to your room. The reception was not at all supportive during the process. It was hot in the lobby as well while waiting for check-in. The process took for us ~20 mins to get our car into valet and ~45 mins to check-in. Our friend waited 3 hours after check-in time to get their room ready.

the dj performing around the pool
The breakfast area is too small .You're guaranteed to wait at least 15 minutes in line for breakfast every morning. After that you have to wait another 20-25 minutes for an omelet.
The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. It's extremely crowded. There's insufficient staff by the pool. Orders arrive very late.
The beach sand is like a swamp, it pulls your feet in.
The parking area is very inadequate. It takes 20 minutes to get your car

Amazing service, very friendly staff, highly appreciate Kenneth and makhabath with a speedy checkin and check out. The dinner was lovely... We stayed with the entire family and had an amazing 3days!!!! Highly recommend a full board stay with the family. Thank you guys for the great experience
