There was a scale in the room which was very thoughtful. Breakfast and dinner had a nice variety.
Exercise class in the water was so cool?
Because we went there during public holiday, it was very crowded there, so obviously when we asked for something in the restaurant, some times it took them more than usual time to bring it or might have been forgotten.
The view of the private beach was not what we were expecting for. It was almost in front of a river which was connected to the sea. But overall it was a very nice experience and the staff were kind and helpful.

I would rate my stay at the hotel as truly wonderful. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and the hospitality was exceptional.
A special thank you to Mr. Noman, the Chef in Charge, for his outstanding service. He is an incredibly humble and caring professional who personally visited me twice during my stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. He kindly asked if I had any special dietary requirements or requests and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met.
I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Bilal from the luggage services team. He was very courteous, professional, and handled my luggage with great care.
The hotel’s swimming pools were excellent, and the private beach access was a fantastic addition to the experience. Both facilities were well maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great facilities, and genuine hospitality.
I would like to highlight one issue that affected my stay. During my second night in Room 318, the room adjacent to mine was extremely noisy from late at night until approximately 3:45 a.m. There appeared to be a large group of guests who were singing loudly, shouting, clapping, and creating excessive noise. Despite reporting the disturbance to the hotel three times, the issue took several hours to be resolved. Unfortunately, this significantly disrupted my sleep and that of my family and negatively impacted our overall comfort during the night.
While I appreciate the many positive aspects of my stay, I hope the hotel strengthens its enforcement of guest noise policies, especially during late-night hours, to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful experience.

We had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Mr. Abu Halab was extremely attentive, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. The entire team was courteous, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time and appreciated the warm hospitality. Everything was organized perfectly, and we look forward to coming back again.

I liked that they have offers for 3 people in one room. Me and my friends were able to fit in one room which was convenient. I like that the room rate also included dinner and breakfast, so we didn't have to worry about where to eat. We love the pool and beach which is bigger than its neighbor hotels. We loved the spa and massage. I also like that even if we already checked out (we asked for late checkout, but the hotel was full due to the Eid holidays), they allowed us to leave our luggage at the Reception and continue to use the Facilities until end of day. When we checked in, the extra bed was ready for the 3rd person in our group. The bidet was leaking but immediately they fixed it. Also gave us extra towels as soon as Housekeeping saw that we are 3 persons in the room. The staff were all friendly and accommodated our requests. We had a stress-free stay and will definitely come back again. Check-in and out was a breeze.
Food selection for dinner and breakfast was a lot but forgettable. Taste-wise, they we OK but not great. Staff were scrambling due to high traffic of guests in the dining area. Long queues in the live stations. Would be nice to have some sushi and maki in the menu. Would be nice to have separate dining for families with small children and just adults. Also, the corridors were dimly lit that it was sometimes difficult to see.

The staff was kind and tried to be helpful.
The food variety, quality, cooking, and service were very bad. It is worthy of a beginner.
The room temperature had to stay at 20 degrees or lower (which was cold for us); otherwise, the room would become damp from ceiling to floor. It was never comfortable to sleep in the room.
The pool was quite large which is good but the security/guards never checked for the hygiene to be respected especially with the special diapers.

We stayed in the family suite which was a wonderful and spacious room for my family. Breakfast was impeccable. The only drawback was the Sauna in the Men's Section. There was an issue with controlling the space inside. When I asked one of the attendants, I was informed that there is a malfunction which needs to be repaired. Preferably in such situations, to close the sauna until the issue is fixed to avoid any mis-comfort for other guests using the Sauna.
Dinner was great and the pool was amazing. Went to the beach and was impressed of the installed platform in the water.

They tried their best not to allow us to check out at 5:00 PM. The manager called me and informed me that, unfortunately, I could not check out at 5:00 PM. However, I explained to him that when I made the booking through the website, it clearly stated that the check-out time was 5:00 PM.
