Wonderful
This is such an iconic building in Abu Dhabi. It represents Abu Dhabi and its people. I love the hotel hospitality. I was celebrating my birthday and they provided a beautiful cake. The room was nicely decorated and they offered me some amazing sweets. They also provide the most amazing toiletries products by Byredo. Those toiletries smells so good and they are top quality. The staff are simply amazing. Romesh Gomal (housekeeping) provided an excellent service.
It did not offered complementary fruits

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Abu dhabi, and the entire experience truly reflected the high standards of hospitality and professionalism I would expect from a luxury hotel.
From the moment of check-in until check-out, the team was welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. What impressed me most was the level of management and the genuine attention to guest satisfaction.
After check-out, there was a delay in receiving my car. Although I personally was not upset about it, Ana Abramovic, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, personally contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. She followed up professionally, showed genuine concern, and even offered compensation for my next stay.
This level of personal follow-up is a clear example of professional management and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
