I went without booking. Reception team advised to book room in online to get special rate which they can’t match hence I did same.
Room has almost every amenities except tooth brush which is very basic where I have to pay additional amount. One dirhm brush you can add in the room by removing something such not important if your concern is cost.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are good, even my kids like to stay and use their swimming pool. There is supermarket in front of the hotel.
They don’t have bellboy to carry the luggage. They don’t have slippers and you should buy it. Toilet door lock not easy to use.

0/10 – One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
I specifically booked a one-bedroom room, but upon arrival I was told there was no such room available and was instead given a room with two separate beds, which was not what I booked. The hotel failed to provide the accommodation I paid for.
What made the situation even worse was that there was no genuine attempt to resolve the problem or compensate for their mistake. The only alternative offered was a handicapped-accessible room, which I was uncomfortable accepting because those rooms should remain available for guests who genuinely need them. Beyond that, there was no effort to find another solution or provide any goodwill gesture.
The service was also far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. There was no luggage assistance whatsoever—everything was self-service. Carrying all my own luggage made it feel more like arriving at an apartment than checking into a hotel.
To make matters worse, I had booked a non-smoking room, yet the room I received had a clear smell of cigarette smoke. Whether it had previously been used as a smoking room or was not properly cleaned, it was completely unacceptable.
The receptionist, Nitin, was particularly disappointing. Rather than showing empathy or trying to resolve an issue that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility, he came across as dismissive and unwilling to help. Customer service is about finding solutions when the hotel makes a mistake, not telling guests to simply accept it. His handling of the situation made an already frustrating experience even worse.
Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the room I reserved, failed to maintain the requested non-smoking standard, offered no meaningful solution or compensation, and provided poor customer service throughout. I would not recommend staying here and certainly would not return.

The location of the hotel was close to my point of business. The Valet staff was very coutrteous and patient with the cutomers.
The hotel can provide a basic Toiletries like a dental kit.
