Its location and their breakfast spread
Guest service was disappointing. We had to call at least 2-3 times for housekeeping to deliver fresh towels. Additionally, the washroom had fixed shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers on the wall, but they had not been refilled before our check-in. We had to remind housekeeping twice before these were finally provided.

The allocated room was of a high standard, situated on the 32nd floor. The view was remarkable, and the breakfast service was excellent. Valet parking at the hotel is also available and excellent. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel Bab Al Qasr is fantastic! Our stay was made remarkable by Heythem's outstanding service. From check-in, where he wished us a Happy Valentine’s Day, to his thoughtful interactions with my children, he truly made us feel at home. The availability of water and tea throughout the stay was a lovely convenience. The hotel is grand, and the rooms are not only clean but spacious, boasting wonderful views. With a plethora of hotels along the strip, we knew we made the right choice. Heythem and the staff provided service that genuinely exceeded our expectations. As an American mother traveling solo with my kids, I prioritize safety and warmth, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended!
Hotel Bab Al Qasr is a beautiful local hotel that enhances your experience with lots of culture. As a woman traveling, I made sure to respect the local customs while enjoying my stay. I initially brought spaghetti strap long dresses but decided to wear a long sleeve comfortable cropped workout shirt underneath them to align better with cultural norms. Both for inside the hotel…and for dinner out. I truly appreciate the diverse cultures while traveling and believe it's important to be mindful of the clientele and their traditions. I recommend being conscious of attire… avoiding bare shoulders, cleavage, and anything above the knee goes a long way in ensuring a respectful experience. So, don’t hesitate to bring out those lovely long summer dresses; just pair them with a stylish long sleeve workout shirt for comfort and cultural sensitivity. My stay was enjoyable, and I loved embracing the local customs while feeling fabulous!

I stayed for two nights and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the power in the room tripped twice, which required multiple calls to maintenance. The hotel’s TV channel selection is extremely limited, so if you enjoy watching movies, it’s best to bring your own iPad or device with Netflix. I strongly advise against ordering the grilled chicken sandwich—it was very poor quality—and the overall dine-in menu selection is quite limited. Ladies should also consider bringing their own hairdryer, as the hotel’s dryer is weak, struggles with long hair, and requires you to hold down a button continuously, making styling difficult. Overall, the one thing that truly made the stay pleasant was the lovely and attentive staff.
