Disappointing
Swimming pool and Gym. Spa team was good and clean and relaxing atmosphere
The room was not clean. Bathroom foul smell We booked King Bed. Provided queen small width Bed Our check out was on Friday. I request to extend my room until 2 PM. So I can go for Friday prayer and take my family. The reception staff was not flexible to extend time. They insist to check out 12 30. Which made me to rush for check out. Not enough chairs available at reception while crowded guests check in check out .

cleaner staff kept opening the door while I was sleeping, I felt like there is no privacy , AC was not cold enough , room floor was still dusty after they cleaned my room , asked for queen size bed but I got 2 single bed ! , TV policy I didn’t like it

The place was great and comfortable
I was very disappointed with my experience with a receptionist named Marie Melanie. The booking was under my name, but since my Emirates ID had been lost, I presented a soft copy and explained the situation. Instead of offering assistance or suggesting possible alternatives, I was simply told that we could not check in. No options or guidance were provided, which resulted in my husband having to drive back home to retrieve my passport, causing unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Fortunately, I discovered that the booking could be transferred to my sister, and the transfer was successfully processed. We were then assisted by another staff member who was much more accommodating and helpful. She clearly explained the requirements and allowed us to proceed with check-in, advising us to return to reception once the physical passport was available. What made the experience particularly disappointing was not just the lack of assistance, but also the unwelcoming attitude displayed. Marie Melanie did not appear approachable, was not smiling, and came across as dismissive throughout the interaction. This is the first time I have encountered such a reception experience. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for guests, and a more welcoming, solution-oriented approach would have made a significant difference.

First time I had experience racism/discrimination in my almost 20 years in Abu Dhabi At check out i called the reception for a club cart and they said it's coming, we waited for 30 mins with the hote weather and having kids and a baby, we also have luggages and heavy things, a cart came and parked in B4 but my friend heard he was asking for B13 which is our room, but suddenly an arab family from B4 took the cart amd the crew did not say anything, again i call for club cart, a new cart came and i asked can we ride, he told me no this ia for B5, it was the same club cart and crew, so he can't freakin say no to an arab but to Filipino no hesitation!!! we walked under the sun with my baby and the kids with all the heavy luggages, complained in the reception but it seems they didnt even care!!!!
