I stayed in Room 204 with my family, including an infant. The room is connected to the neighboring room by an internal door, and we could clearly hear loud TV sounds and conversations from next door throughout the night.
Because of the noise, we couldn’t sleep at all. I called reception at 4:20 AM and the noise stopped for about 5 minutes, but then it started again and the volume increased after 15 minutes.
I am very disappointed with this experience. I kindly request that you do not assign this type of connected room to families with children in the future, as it is not suitable.

Staffs at the doors were helpful
Duvet needs to be changed, with the cover it looks clean but when you see thru the duvet inside - it has stains! Also the extra blanket inside the room was not clean- it was smelly. :( packed in plastic. And we requested for an extra and yes it smelled good! ☝️ meaning..? ? i guess this is something to improve on..

The only thing that I don't like is that the Breakfast Coffee is not fresh, and I think lack of Staff on restaurant. And the serving is not enough
