Wonderful
The staff were very kind , helpful ,very respectful ,and polite. They're ally take care of customers with genuine kindness . Rooms were clean and bathroom, shower were updated and in excellent condition and updated .
The location was hard to get ,May be because the GPS ,Google maps need to be updated or temporarily construction confused the signals ..

The location was the only positive thing about this hotel.
I had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming and didn’t seem friendly. The room was not clean, and I even saw a cockroach in the washroom, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The staff are very accommodating and always quick to respond to my requests. The room was also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

My family & I suffer for breathing problem because of smoking smell to my entire stay. We also found cockroach in our suite. In addition, we left our room at midnight because of fire alarming and the entire hotel run out from electricity.Worst experience

I stayed in room 204 in February 2025 for five nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, and both the bed and the shower were very good, which made the stay quite pleasant. The property could use some refreshing, though. Since it is a smoking hotel, there is a lingering smell of smoke, but it wasn’t too bothersome for me. Breakfast was quite basic and definitely needs improvement. Serving proper coffee instead of instant Nescafé would be a good start. The omelette was also quite oily. Overall, a decent stay comfort-wise, but there’s room for improvement, especially when it comes to breakfast and overall freshness.
