Good price and location in Downtown.
Good design of the room.
Good breakfast.
Non smoking floors exist.

Room was very clean and they clean on daily basis which is really great. It is very silent area no activity and far away from main city. Near by no good food available. But apartments are really good.
Gym timing starts 10am due to which me and all others specially male who stayed there for work was not able to do the gym in morning time. It has to be at 6am. Similarly swimming pool timing are also not useable for working people. No good food available nearby. They have to improve the breakfast menu which can be for all nationalities.

The location was so convenient from the centre and loved the check-in as it was smooth
Requested for a late checkout and only to get a half day payment which I had to do coz my flight was a little longer.
In my request preferred a non smoking room and the room I actually got was a smoking one on the first floor which made me uncomfortable

Very welcoming. Rate is not so high yet a very good to place to stay. We forgot an item and they told us bout it so we just arrange the collection of it.

It's annoying that staff insisting you to leave before 12pm even majority of other hotels are more flexible.

I must say the life Guard was a God send. His the only person who I notice did a great job not only did he safe me but the way he treating others and welcome me
Was amazing.
Firstly I will say the receptionist. I believe hotel are hospitality jobs but I notice the reception values payment than the life of a human. It was my first in Abu ndabi actually I had no idea that the pool in Dubai are different from this. Just to make it short I was safe by the life guard he said I might have pain in my chest I said is okay but if it’s continue they will send a medical team
Honestly when I reached my room it for worst I couldn’t even go out I have to call receptionist to extend my stay and send me medical team for check up
For my first time ever, this guy told me to come down and pay first for stay before he could do anything. I told him I can’t walk can he come to my room bring the team, He came with payment machine collected amount and said medical team will come I stayed for 7hrs no call no check up and no one shows up.
Till I checked out. This is soo un professional honestly. They don’t care about the safety of client but they collected payment.
I chooses an expense hotel for safety and good customers service but it was all a mess my stay was awful honestly I must say it.
