There is no self check-in or self check-out. They take a €300 security deposit, which is only returned after the apartment is inspected upon check-out. You must book a check-out appointment at a time convenient for the agency. There are no toiletries provided (no soap, no shower gel). Only one small roll of toilet paper is provided for two people for an entire week. The shower floor was dirty and covered with someone else’s hair. The drain was clogged and the water would not go down. We had to clean it ourselves — it was awful. The plates in the cupboard were poorly washed and greasy. Instead of a duvet cover, only sheets were provided. The doors creak loudly, as if the apartment has not been properly maintained for a long time. The furniture is old and worn out, so it is unclear what the deposit is actually for. The radiators are dirty, covered with dust and someone else’s hair — cleaning standards in the apartment are very poor. Drying clothes on the radiators is strictly forbidden, and they threaten a fine if the radiators are damaged by drying clothes. This is a ski resort! There is no clear place to dry clothes or store snowboards/skis. The ski locker is poorly equipped — just a box with concrete walls and a concrete floor in a cold, damp basement, where the equipment cannot dry. The listing on Booking says there is an elevator, which is not true. To reach it, you must climb a long, steep, and slippery staircase. This is very difficult with suitcases and a snowboard bag. There is a bar located directly under the apartment. Until 11 p.m. there is shouting, furniture being moved, and people walking in ski boots, all accompanied by loud music. There are too many check-out requirements — guests are expected to practically clean the apartment themselves. A €55 fine is charged if the apartment is not cleaned.

We had to go and buy basic necessities that we felt should have been included for the price paid. No shower gel or soap were provided. A very small bottle of washing liquid and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided but we had to go buy more to do 2 people for 1 week!
