Comfy and spacious apartment. Very good location for accessing the pistes. The woman in charge was incredibly helpful and allowed us to overstay on our last day.
Wifi reception was terrible and connection experienced frequent drops. This is specially problematic because free EU mobile data roaming does not apply in Andorra so using a Spanish/French phone is very expensive.

Clean, warm, basic accomodation, friendly and helpful staff, provided underground parking at a reasonable cost which was a bonus. Close to the slopes so we got going straight away. We would definitely recommend this place if skiing is your main reason for being there.
The hot water system was limited, not enough for 6 people to have a decent shower after a day on the slopes

big, clean property, 5 of us lads stayed here comfortably, others in pas are a lot smaller and claustrophobic, this was a great size.

Location is good - around 250 meters from the slopes. Resort is lively with lots of choice. Apartment was spacious and clean. Lady on reception was really helpful. We got lucky and had no noisy neighbours. Basement ski storage is really good and not too busy in the mornings.
The apartment was missing some basics - such as bottle opener, chopping board, bin bags etc. Layout didn't lend itself to relaxing apres ski and no blinds or curtains in the living area so felt a little exposed. Kettle was tiny. Wrong TV controller for the brand of TV so had to adjust manually.

The noise during the night and early hours of the morning of selfish idiots also staying in the building was unbearable 3 times at 2.30AM or 4 AM drunk idiots were hammering on our door to get in as they had lost the ability to read numbers. Broken bottles and beer on the stairs and people shouting all night do not make for a relaxing stay. Definitely not recommended if you have young kids or you want to sleep

Front office was very nice and helpful. Only one person for both check-in and check-out, so had to wait a few minutes, but nothing much. Was pleasantly surprised to find a parking spot available in the basement. The balcony (enclosed) was a great bonus.
The mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It was as hard as the floor.

apartments were in a good condition which is not the rule for most accommodations in Pas de la Casa; was quite big and clean.
heating system in the building gets easily very warm everywhere
