The proximity to the main street is excellent. The hotel is good and delivers exactly what it promises. If you are visiting for outdoor activities and just need a place to sleep, this hotel is ideal as it has direct access to the main road.
While I understand the hotel was at full capacity during our stay, it was disappointing that we couldn't find a parking spot. We had to use a public parking lot nearby (the reception staff provided options), but it was quite expensive and inconvenient to walk back in the cold. Additionally, the bathroom and general facilities need a deep cleaning. The building itself is beautiful, but they should invest in better maintenance, improving all these would allow them to justify a higher average rate and provide a better guest experience.

We enjoyed the pool in the hot tub during the day when there was nobody else there in the evenings it can get very crowded and children will come very early or after after dinner
There’s different things that you can request look at the list there we had them bring up a kettle for us so we could have coffee and tea through the day in our room.
Housekeeper was very pleasant and took care of a few minor issues for us
The buffet was just OK and got extremely crowded at one point with people who were just beyond selfish if I were to stay there again I would definitely not do the Friday evening buffet and maybe this doesn’t happen every night. I have never experienced anything like that before ,they were acting like there was gonna be no food ever again and just loading up their plates and their tables huge groups

Nice views over the city. The breakfast was great and front desk very helpful
I loved all the machines in the weight room and the indoor pool. Unfortunately they were both filled with so many people that you could not move.

Great location! Very friendly staff and very helpful. They even made phone calls on my behalf when Spanish was needed.
Breakfast was a joke, not four stars. Fake orange juice and bad coffee. No service on the roof top terrace.

That it isn´t a parking, my car was the double of the size of the parking place, with very hard access

Easy access, off one of the main roads, great staff, excellent breakfast and amazing views from the roof terrace. The garage has some of the tightest parking spaces I've ever seen, but was convenient and good value for money. All in all, very satisfied.
