Our bathroom was the one designed for wheelchairs so the shower had no door and water went everywhere.

Location is good - not that far from the ski resort, bus stop is close. Parking available for additional cost, the street is small but restaurants and groceries are available
The room was tiny, with additional costs (city tax, parking, dogs) the stay is too expensive for its value

Room was lovely and clean, not the biggest but adequate, we stayed in room 101 at the front of the hotel, being on the main road it was a little noisy apart from 11pm - 6am but I just popped ear plugs in and it was fine. Breakfast was really good - great selection and quality produce. The girls advice on reception was very helpful for buses and such and they also gave us a voucher for 15% off ski rental which was a bonus.
Local restaurants are also very good.
Thank you for a very pleasurable weeks skiing with my daughter.

Special thanks to the staff, especially Gabriel. Everything was very detailed, they shared maps, helped with parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast, good coffee, has lactose free milk. I was very satisfied, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is big and location is good
There were only few lights in the room so it was very dark there. There is no heating in bathroom and water pressure was very low so it was cold and not comfortable to take a shower.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety.
The breakfast was not ready on time which delayed certain planned activities
