Everything one can like about a comfy, small hotel ;)
Paper-thin walls / doors. No sound proofing & intimacy at all.
No long-term parking spots (free parking 500 m away / 5-20 m up).

Everything was fine and the location to the ski hill was very convenient. The owners were nice although in the morning, it was a disaster to try and get some breakfast. Not a major deal and we would return.

We stayed at the Hotel Arbre De Neu from February 3 to 12, 2025. We were very pleased. It is located 2 minutes from the Funicampus ski lift. The rooms have everything you need (disposable toothbrushes, razor, toothpaste, gel, shampoo.) There are rooms with and without balconies. The room is cleaned every day, bed linen and bath linens are changed every 3 or 4 days (I don't remember exactly). Very clean and warm. The Internet works great. There is a locker for storing skis. Separately, I must say about the owner and the staff of the hotel - they are incredibly friendly people, ready to fulfill all your wishes and requests. On the first floor of the hotel there is a cafe where you can eat or just have a cup of coffee. Thanks to Stefan, Heloise and all the hotel staff.

Staff was incredibly nice and available. We were very well received. The hotel has collaboration with local next door store to rent skis and the hotel owner offered us a discount to use in this store.
The location is great, close to restaurants and 3 min walking distance to funicamp.

Property was fantastic and in a perfect location for Skiing with the Funicamp on the doorstep. Owners were a very lovely couple who were always happy to help and with a good collection of international whiskies and a 10/10 carbonara!

Stephen the owner is great, true professional. There was a slight problem when we arrived but this is where you see how good a business is in how they react. Stephen explained everything clearly and I had a great stay here.

close to the funicamp base
the owner, the personon the front desk snatched my key from my hand (my stuff and passport were in the room) screamed at me when there was no one around and screamed at me and threatened me. I was deprived of access to my stuff, cash and the passport so i think it was almost a crime that he was committed. I am a tiny woman who travelled alone who weighs only 40kg. I was terrified in front of a tall man who has my room key and screaming loke hell at me. It was more than a nightmare. I was so afraid to stay there so i tried to find another place to stay, but i couldn’t because it was weekend. I blocked the door with chairs when i was in the room and I acted like i didnt afraid of him because that kind of predator smells of victim’s fear and act on it. I still fill fear when Inrecall the incident.
