Fair
The space of the apartment is great, very big and and lots of room for a family.
The flat was very dirty: the kitchen, oven, all the kitchenware, the dishwasher, all needs a deep cleaning. The pillows in the beds were dirty and old. The blankets for the beds and soft furnishings were also dirty. The beds could do with an new mattress. The description of the location was confusing, a set of GPS coordinates or a proper map would have made the arrival easier. We were looking around until we eventually found the entrance. Overall, quite expensive considering the low maintenance that it has been done to the flat, even the kitchen sink had a leak that had to be repaired while we were there.

Wonderful
Finding the keys was easy, but finding the garage was somewhat difficult because it was by the back vs. front door and in another building. I had to call to find it. The person I spoke with was helpful.
I was disappointed that there were no basics in the kitchen such as spices, especially salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Most rentals with kitchens provide some.

Very Good
The beds are not confortable. the water on shower never got hot, only warm water and we could not take shower at same time on each bathrooms...
