The location is beautiful
The small entrance of the room. We can’t take our baby pram and we can’t put it inside the room because of the bed. It’s block the entrance.

Lovely breakfast ? polite staff. Access to sauna and jacuzz - very nice touch. Room very clean and quiet.
Not much space in the room and car parking very tight ?. No coffee in the room. (Decaffeinated only.. ) Too much for car parking..

The location is very good, quite central next to the park with a great playground, restaurants, pharmacies and shopping. The rooms were cleaned every day and well.
The staff are not pleasant to deal with - there was an older gentleman at reception during check in that kept interrupting me in Spanish when I was talking to the other receptionist in English. When I was checking out, I was kept at reception for over 15 minutes because the receptionist accused me of not paying for my breakfast - which I always did for the duration of the stay, by card at the restaurant. The hotel is very dated (90s?) the carpets in the rooms are dirty, the spa and kids playroom is in the hotel opposite and the restaurant staff are quite rude too. I wouldn't come back to this hotel. The most amusing thing was the receptionist telling me that there will be complimentary tea and coffee in the room, "as a gift from the hotel", but "it won't be replenished". Some gift, when this is the standard even in much cheaper hotels, considering that I paid EUR750 for 4 nights.

The location is excellent. A nice swimming pool is freely available ( it is in the hotel next door). Carpark available under the hotel and there's security staff for it. The room was quiet at night.
WiFi is bad. The bed is too hard. The carpet in the room is way too stained. Car park is expensive (I think )at €26 per day

Very Poor internet connection, not so good pillows Could be a 2-bed bedroom for 4 people like our party. The fold-up couch is just not good for 4 nights
