Wonderful
We stayed in room 605. You can’t go wrong with a terrace, view of the city, the river ant the mountains. The room and the service is what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

Rather big rooms
It is not 4 star hotel. No slippers , free water in the room. No any service, nobody can help you with the luggage. Was awful smell in the bathroom

The central location was perfect for our overnight visit. The rooms were surprisingly spacious (and comfortable). Breakfast options were good, but we did not know (at first) that it was possible to place an order for bacon and eggs.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, comfortable nice room, and great location, and good for the price!
Nothing is the fault of the kind staff..
Design fault:
The room smelled like mould, they need to add vents to the bathroom. We had to leave the one window open at all times.
Parking:
Parking is rough, If you arrive later in the day, it's about a 10-15min walk so prepare to park on the curb in front of the hotel while checking in/dropping off if you have a disabled person or elderly person, or heavy / many bags. It's also on a busy 2 lane street so it can be disruptive to stop.
Wifi:
Was not really working for us, either.

Family room we had was facing wall . We booked higher floor and were expecting to have a view but apparently all family rooms are facing wall. It was not disclosed upon booking .

In the downtown close to everything
I like to pay everything in booking and dont be surprised with any surcharge
Once checking i have been asked to pay city tax in addition, Andora is normally tax free !!! :) but maybe i did not read T&Cs i advise you make it very clear or included in the price to avoid confusion

Nice hotel with great access to the city and views from balcony!
Breakfast was underwhelming but fine. Parking is confusing to find make sure to go into lobby first to get guidance before attempting on your own.
