I travel a lot, and I was very disappointed. I found several hotels in the city and I choose this hotel for parking and high rating. This hotel does not deserve the high rating. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. It smelled like a stinking toilet in the hall outside our room, and inside the room was horrible. The beds was very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.
Unfriendly persons in the reception, they should find a new place to work, not involving other people.

The pool is nice and the sauna/steam room. The room for 4 people was a great size. It had one double bed, 2 singles, and a sitting room. It was a good size for a small family. Be aware the 2 twin beds are pushed together and can’t really be separated. It was a good location if you want to be in the city.
The rooms are VERY dated and in need of renovation. The rooms were a bit too warm and not much way to control the temperature. The spa/pool area requires coins to put things in the lockers which isn’t very convenient. The 2 hot tubs were not working.

Gym needed serious updating, very squeaky machines, sauna was tepid not hot at all and no steam in steam room ( hammam) so do not book if you want a decent spa!

Clean, good price, good location
Elevator is slow. Finding the front entrance is difficult. If you accidentally go into the hotel facing the street next door, they are quite rude. The 2 hotels share a parking garage so the hotels share a sign there. It is confusing. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, with good water pressure and consistent hot water in the bathroom. A special mention to the gentleman at the reception in the morning, who was absolutely fantastic. With snowfall starting and us coming from a place with no snow, he took the time to give us very clear and reassuring advice on driving safely back to Spain. He also shared excellent local information and tips. His friendliness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay memorable.
Property feels a bit dated, and while breakfast was adequate, the options were limited and some items (such as the scrambled eggs) were served cold.

It had the same standard of Mercure hotels in the other cities. Family friendly facilitieswere excellent.
The reception staff weren’t friendly at all. No smile, no greeting — just a blank stare most of the time that made me feel like I’d done something wrong. I understand that language could be a barrier, but a smile and basic hospitality etiquette shouldn’t be too much to expect.
Air condition in the room was horrible, it never cools down, so I had to open the window and sleep. Offcourse, I didn't ask their help, tge reason is just above!!!

Pool and Spa has beautiful view and great amenities, Friendly front desk and parking staff fluent in many languages, Lots of space.
Arcade cost extra, uncomfortable beds, limited power outlets and odd light switch configuration, parking in separate building, no coffee in the room or lobby in the early morning, Very chlorinated and hard water.

The Hotel is comfortable, clean and if a really central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa was a great addition. The wifi was free and good.
This is a nice hotel but needs some improvements or communication of facilities that were actually on offer...
I booked the hotel because I wanted a spa break but unfortunately there were no treatments now available at the hotel. I don't know if this is seasonal?? Similarly the restaurant was also closed and I was told if I wanted to dine I would need to use the Novotel restaurant across the road.
There were a lack of plug points in the room. The only working / accessible socket was used for the TV which I had to unplug to be able to charge my phone.
The tea / coffee / water was only complimentary on the 1st night. Only decaf coffee was available.
The bathroom needed a bath mat. I slipped and hurt myself. The hair dryer didn't work.

Our 4 person room was large and spacious. The pool/Therme was very relaxing. The hotel over all is a bit dated. The location was fantastic and made exploring on foot, after parking the car in their garage, easy.
