Everything was incredible, room was small and cozy, just what I needed. Location, staff, facilities and breakfast was also amazing.
The AC was a bit loud, but I didn’t need it on anyways.

Loved the look of the hotel, the front desk people especially our first day arriving. And the woman who tended the little bar later at night. The breakfast was amazing in a very grand room, sad they don't use it otherwise. Good location, good shower (but tiny sink), nice towels and bedding, good price.
I didn't realize what an interior room meant and the one small window did give any circulation. It got VERY stuffy and made for bad sleep. Early April was too early for them to turn on the AC so we were just stuck with crappy sleep for our two nights there. They gave us a wonky fan which helped a little but..

Friendly staff, good location
Noisy! Can hear neighbors conversations word for word! Can hear every footstep outside the door and I was on the first floor and noise from reception filters up the stairs.

The hotel serves a sound and fulfilling breakfast. It’s buffet style, as it’s typical, with plenty to choose from. I especially appreciated the location, very close to the historic district of Andorra la Vella. It sits far from the main highway, but is extremely easy to get to by foot, and is on the same level as most of the historic buildings that are worth seeing in the capital city of this tiny country.

The hotel itself looks nice, albeit a little old. The staff were friendly.
I didn't pay for breakfast as there are many options available nearby.
My room was on the first floor. It was quite small, but very cosy. I don't remember exactly, but I don't think there was a fridge. There was no kettle, and no complimentary coffee or water, etc. There were also only two glasses for water and no teacups or teaspoons.
I didn't really need any of these things anyway, but it would have been nice to have a kettle and some teacups or teaspoons at least. Perhaps these things could be provided if you asked at reception; I did not ask.
The bed was quite comfortable and the sheets and room were clean. There was a small table and a small stool or chair, but there was nowhere to comfortably work with a laptop — I suppose there should be more space in more expensive rooms, though.
The bathroom was also quite nice with a small but decent bathtub. The water was clean, hot and had good pressure. The Wi-Fi connection was available and quite good, although I noticed that it was sometimes slower than expected.
There is a bar area in the hotel on a ground floor, which looked quite stylish, but it is not my thing, so I cannot tell anything regarding this.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It would be nice to have a kettle and teacups/teaspoons in the room, since I don't like having to ask reception for such stuff.
Otherwise, I cannot complain. Would definitely stay again in this hotel with no hesitation — maybe in a pricier room, though.

Very nice vintage hotels, my second time here, close to the bus station by 10min walk. Always taking a small single room with no view but it's really all you need for good sleep. Professional staff, very good breakfast, all organized perfectly. This time I asked for piknik breakfast take away the last day, because of my early bus departure. And all was prepared for me in reception. All together a very cosy place I would choose again without hesitation

The location is excellent and very convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance of key areas.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall quality of the facilities exceeded my expectations.
The stay was quiet and pleasant, and everything worked well throughout my visit.
The main downside was the room ventilation. The only window faced an internal courtyard, which limited air circulation.
During winter, this can be slightly uncomfortable due to reduced fresh air flow and potential CO₂ buildup in the room.

Fantastic location - could walk everywhere. Liked being in the old part of town as well. Parking was interesting but available. Room was very clean and nice and quiet.
It was a bit of a hassle parking - VERY tight garage - also the parking in front of the hotel to unload was very hard to see and difficult to use if facing the wrong direction. Would have liked to have a kettle in the room. A fridge would have been a super bonus. They were able to put my food in their fridge downstairs and give me hot water from the bar but it was a bit of a pain.

The old classic style of the hotel is nice. The location was good, and breakfast was good. The room was small but clean and had all the necessities.
Even though it was a little chilly outside, the hotel was too warm. The room was very stuffy especially at night. The room had one tiny window that opened to a covered atrium, so there was no air circulation. The room had an air conditioner specifically designated for that room, but the hotel had disconnected it for the winter months, instead of using it for air circulation.
