The location was perfect to enjoy Andorra La Vella and easy to get around the city. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made it so easy to know where to go, what to do in Andorra and helped us figure out the hotel to make our stay so great. The artwork was phenomenal and helped make the hotel so interesting and elegant. The fresh fruit and welcome drink started our visit off making us feel as if we were appreciated. Thank you.
I could have used one or two more gluten free options since we ate at the hotel numerous times.

Disappointing
Spa, clean rooms, parking management.
This hotel presents itself as a five-star property, but the actual experience was deeply disappointing. We arrived to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which I had clearly mentioned in advance. It was completely ignored — no acknowledgment, no gesture, nothing. More concerning was the hotel’s inability to ensure basic comfort. Our neighbors were shouting, smoking in their room, playing music, and slamming doors throughout the night. We called the manager at 2 AM. The music stopped briefly, but the shouting, smoking, and door slamming continued until 6 AM. The hotel did nothing further. The next morning, no one apologized or contacted us. We had to request relocation ourselves. One manager promised to move us, another later refused, claiming no rooms were available. Only after insistence did they finally relocate us. Later, the manager proudly informed us the neighbors were fined €120 — but this did nothing to repair our ruined night or experience. A five-star hotel is defined by how it protects its guests’ comfort and handles problems. In this case, the hotel failed completely. We left exhausted and disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

A very nice and clean hotel in the city center. There is a lovely but small spa in the hotel, which should ideally be booked in advance, as it might be too late by the time you check in.

Perfect rooms, staff and location.
Service for breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast isn’t good at all: small choice of breakfast dishes, absence of clean dishes/bowls. We had to wait for coffee, milk, nutella and etc.
