Room was large and comfortable. Good comfortable bed.
Easy and close walking distance to main street and downtown area.
It has convenient bar area to get drinks/coffee and small bites/sandwich.
Do not understand why it is asking Date of Birth to provide wifi passcode.

Location, the view from the room was exceptional, the staff were lovely they speak easily English and French
The complications to park few seconds in front of the hotel and ask for help about parking!
Also parking availability is not guaranteed by the hotel ! It was the only point that was stressful during my stay!

Who designs the toilet? Shame! Crammed into the corner between the radiator and the tub my wife is tiny and barely could use it! Nonsense - overall most uncomfortable room I’ve stayed in a long time…

Property was a good spot for walking around town. A bit of an uphill walk but not too bad! I liked the breakfast option. Elevators were fast. Lobby is nice. Bathrooms have good amenities.
While the lobby is nice, the rooms don’t match. They spent a bunch of money to renovate the lobby to feel like a 4 star hotel but rooms are Motel 8 level old. Breakfast is over at 1030 which in most properties means you need to be seated before 1030. At this property the management is turning of lights at 1030 on the dot. Rooms were very stuffy, we had to use the AC in November when it was freezing outside. Bed is ok - not great, not terrible. Pillows were mediocre. Bathroom was very outdated. WiFi wasn’t strong enough to keep a connection while using on the 4th floor.

Location.
I asked for a single room with big bed, I got one, but it was with a window inside the AC shaft, so literally no air, no view, no opening. I wanted to have some air because the room smelled of cleaning agents. It was clean and wide, but for this price I could have had a normal room, not a dungeon.
Staff was not speaking English, only the Manager - she was very helpful with location instructions.

Hotel was centrally located and adequate for the price we paid.
I tried to open the window to let some of the frangrace odor out, but it was nothing buy a filthy catwalk with air conditioners and a guy removing some. Now I understand why window was blacked out.

well situated 5 min on foot from a public parking that cost 30euros a day, since there was no place in the hotel’s parking lot
indoor pool and sauna/hammam free of charge, towels offered
breakfast was not so good, the pineapple juice was fermented, the charcuterie no so fresh

The staff members were amazing and so helpful, really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, close to bus station and the main strip, hiking spots and restaurants. The pool was cool but very crowded, however after 8pm the kids were kicked out so it was awesome to have an hour of adults only ;).
