Location is good!
It feels old, overpriced, family suits and not worth the money. There are no space for things, broken toys, tv very slow. Spa is a joke for 5 star hotel, overall it is 3 stars overpriced hotel

This was just the BEST!! They have parking (for a fee) since you can only get to Andorra by car or bus. Staff was wonderful! They gave us a bottle of champagne and fruit when we got to our room and bottled water & gum when we checked out. They have a indoor pool, gym, sauna, spa & playground. Great location with lots of restaurant options. Room was spacious, clean, modern & quiet. This is a do-over for us if we are ever there again!
Very minor - the parking garage is really hard to get into & the spaces are really small. However, that's the norm in Europe so not fair to ding them on this. Just make sure you don't try to fit a big car down there.

Staff and location were great! They even gave us bottles of water during checkout. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the spa facilities as they closed early on Sundays when we checked in. It was a short stay and wished we could have stayed more.

The location is excellent, only a short walk to the bus station and the town centre. The breakfast selection is very good. I would stay here again.

The property was in a walkable neighborhood, near all the shopping and restaurants.Room was clean, had mini fridge,coffee/tea and robes.
Bathroom was small and dated, hard wired hairdryer.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, staff were polite and hotel was close to all amenities.
Cooked Breakfast was cold on the first morning and on the second morning the cooked breakfast was cold apart from the eggs that were cooked to order. There was a door stop in front of the toilet that I kept stubbing my toe on. I do not consider this to be a 5 star hotel.

location
the hotel is old, room was dirty, used to be a holiday inn no longer a 5 star hotel very tired full of children couldn't use the spa very noisy with children screaming and running around.

Not much really.
The bathroom was very strange. It was all smoked glass and you could see what anyone was doing when using the toilet or shower. The build in bidet did not work, nor could it be fixed.
