The room was absolute perfection! The view in room 401 was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean and just had a lot of sensible touches. You can tell whoever designed it has the mind of a traveler. Well decorated and comfortable. The WiFi was strong and the blackout mechanical blinds worked great. Ian, who checked me in, was lovely and spoke very good English. The others were nice, but had some language difficulty.
The location is right in the heart of the city and a 9 minute walk to the bus station; so truly couldn’t get a better spot for the value.
This would have been one of the best places I had ever stayed if it wasn’t for the noise from the bar. It’s my own fault-I looked through reviews and filtered for quiet instead of noise.
I had emailed them before my arrival requesting a quieter room… however they were not able to accommodate. I was grateful it was a good temperature —for if I needed to open the windows the noise and cigarette smoke would have been really bad. The music does stop and they go inside earlier than when they close, but on the weekend they close at 3am. There was also an extremely loud mechanical sound that would randomly happen -maybe from the elevator. And the church bell does go off every hour even during the night. They do have double glazing on the windows and the mechanical blinds help to muffle the sound a lot… but if you’re super sensitive to noise it—this may be a challenging stay.

The room and bathroom was very spacious. The staff was very kind and our room was clean and the WiFi was quick.
The pub downstairs was a little loud at night but it didn’t bother us.

Location
Walls are very thin. Noise was coming from other rooms and from downstairs in the pub till late night. Also, it was cold in the room

The location was good, just 10 min away from the bus station and technically in the center. The place has a restaurant and bar on the first floor which save time on going somewhere else. The rooms was nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

fine palce to stay.
The shower head was not spraying but just dropping water. Hard to take a real shower. For some, like my associate in business, some could be annoyed by the bar noise until very late. I was not.

The outlook from the bedroom is magnificent. Great location within old town and within easy reach of transport and shopping. Really cool little pub downstairs, full of atmosphere. I personally had no problem with any noise at night and my room was on the 5th floor above the pub. There is an internal lift that makes things a little easier.
Staff are friendly, interactive and helpful.
The property is clean and kept clean.
Fully recommend.

The location is great, which is 10-mins walk from the main bus station. There are public elevators for people which walk to the hotel from the bus station to get to the upper level which is located in the garage and near by the Fresh supermarket.
There is no hairdryer.

I had a private room and it was lovely. Super clean, nice sheets, ensuite bathroom, came with towels. Very convenient location too. Had a fan which was perfect with Andorra’s mountain breeze. Hostel has elevators to the rooms
Nothing! It is an uphill climb from the bus station, but that’s expected in Andorra La Valla

Friendly staff, great location, delicious food.
We had an incident in the middle of the night. I guess another guest was drunk and couldn't get into his room and kept knocking for about 2 hours.
