Lovely property. Wish we had stayed longer!
Pools need a lot of work. Outdoor pool was sadly closed. Indoor pool is looking a bit rough. Lounge chairs need replaced.

The restaurant was delicious and the staff were exceptional. The meat was excellent and the appetizers were exquisite. Overall, the property was very elegant and clean, and I really appreciated the attention and care from the staff.
Unfortunately, the spa was quite disappointing and would definitely benefit from better maintenance of the facilities.

We spent nearly 2 weeks and got to have a full picture.
Hotel is clean, and the Front Desk staff are exceptional. From Cesar, Tiago and all the others who tried everything to make our day easier, kudos go to a truly 5 stars front desk team. The hotel has good facilities, great views, super front desk and overall a great experience
What makes it fall short of a 10 rating is its breakfast, both food and staff. The breakfast is sadly not even close to a 4 stars level, and the staff operate like a local tavern - noisy and unhelpful

Room was very clean with beautiful views, bed was so comfortable. Breakfast room was a little hard to find but the food was delicious, very fresh with lots of options including champagne and fresh orange juice. The staff was always available to help and happy which made our experience incredible.
I wish we could stayed longer....

Breakfast was very rich. Underground parking was very convenient. The room was very spacious, with a view of the mountain and forest. Indoor pool and spa facilities were included, and we had a great time there with our 3-year-old.
Indoor pool temperature could have been warmer. The directions for walking to the city were not clear enough, but the staff accompanied us all the way to the exit, which we greatly appreciated.

The concierge and the staffs were attentive and helpful. One of the managers- Lucas was very professional, helpful and understanding when handling a sensitive complaint.
The sound insulation of the rooms are bad. One of the managers- David is very unfriendly, apathetic to customer’s complaints and bordering on disrespectful. He made us feel like he’s the guest and we are the staffs.

Very nice and modern hotel; great central location, while quiet due to the garden and distance from busy streets. Attentive staff, good bar selection, nice spa with whirlpool, steam, and sauna, as well as spacious pool; 2 padel courts for free. Spacious rooms, luxurious bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the mountains.
In the room, the bath jets were not working, and the fridge did not cool. Seems the hotel was made looking luxurious while after a few years it starts to break incl the touchable screens for light management. Given the higher price per night vs other hotels parking for 20EUR and breakfast for 27EUR is a bit ridiculous.

The property is beautiful. Even though you are very close to downtown, it is a much more relaxing and peaceful environment. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and I loved the shower and jetted tub. I had a great view from my balcony. It was a lovely stay.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast is great. Pool and spa great. It is really close to the center. Room is big and comfy.

I did not liked that property visible needed maintenance, for example steam room was disgusting, tile was falling of the walls, indoor swimming half painted.
Management need to invest in property maintenance, details are whats matter.
